This new construction guide is great to keep on hand to stay on top of the builders in Wichita KS.  Parade of homes happens every year in Spring and Fall. I'll update the booklets at those times.

The questions I get mostly is if I work with my own buyer's agent do I need to pay my buyer's agent?  Typically the builder pays for the buyer's representation which you definitely want. The builder's rep works for the builder's best interest and your agent works for your best interest.
